I was in entertainment costuming and worked on the Main Street Electrical Parade…and one time Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It. 

I would recommend doing the program if you REALLY want to work at Disney and experience something new and want to meet new people. 

I dont get why people are so flippin obsessed with being a character performer. Its Disney, you can still make magic for the guests without flailing your arms around in a fur costume. I was the same way tho…I wanted to be a performer, but after seeing what they go through and trying on the dresses dealing with the stress of the heat in ORLANDO (which is stupid hot btw) I dont want to be one. Im perfectly content with being in costuming and staying indoors and besides, backstage entertainment is fun as hell!
